After 12 rounds of the 2023-24 Premier League (PL) season, Son Heung-min has been named to the Best Eleven.

Global soccer community Score 90 announced the 11 players on Thursday (July 14) with the caption “PL Latest Version All-Season Team”. The formation is a 4-3-3.

Son Heung-min was named to the left of the three strikers. Heung-min has been reborn under Enze Postecoglou. After playing most of his career as a left wing-forward, Son has been transformed into a frontline striker in the Enze Ball.

His eight goals prove it. Son opened the season with a hat-trick against Burnley, followed by a multi-goal performance against Arsenal and a brace against Liverpool. He went on to find the back of the net against Fulham and Crystal Palace, bringing his tally to eight goals. Through 12 rounds, he is third on the scoring list.

For this performance, he was awarded the PL Player of the Month for September 2023-24. With four awards, Son Heung-min is tied for seventh on the PL Player of the Month list. Sergio Aguero and Harry Kane are the players with the most PL Player of the Month awards (seven), while Cristiano Ronaldo and Steven Gerrard are tied for third with six. Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie, and Mohamed Salah have won the award five times.

Four-time winners include Thierry Henry, Alan Shearer, Dennis Bergkamp, Frank Lampard, Paul Scholes, Jamie Vardy, Bruno Fernandes, and Marcus Rashford. Son Heung-min joins them all. This is the fourth time in his career that Son has won the September Player of the Month award. He won his first PL Player of the Month award in September 2016-17 and his second in April of the same season. He last won the award in the 2020-21 season.

Next to Son is Elling Holland (Manchester City). Holland has already scored 13 goals this season and is at the top of the scoring charts. He may not be the monster scorer he was last season, but he’s still influential and sharp on the ball. 보스토토 주소

Rounding out the attacking trio is Salah (Liverpool). A dominant performer every season, Salah is second on the list with 10 goals this season. In particular, Salah is the emperor of Anfield. Salah has scored in all six of his league games at Anfield this season. That’s eight goals in six games. He has also recorded a point in 15 consecutive home games (17 goals, 3 assists) dating back to last season.

Declan Rice (Arsenal), Rodri (Manchester City), and James Maddison (Tottenham Hotspur) were named to the midfield three. Destiny Udoji (Tottenham Hotspur), William Saliba (Arsenal), Micky van der Penn (Tottenham Hotspur), and Kieran Trippier (Newcastle United) formed the back four, while Alisson Becker (Liverpool) pulled on the goalkeeping gloves.
