Asan, Chungcheongnam-do, visited Ganam Elementary School and conducted a vitamin school.
The Chungnam Asan Professional Football Team (owner Park Kyung-gui, CEO Lee Joon-il, hereinafter referred to as Chungnam Asan) visited Ganam Elementary School (hereinafter referred to as Ganam Elementary School) located in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, on the 30th (Tuesday) to conduct a vitamin school.
There is a hidden story behind Chungyang-gun, not Asan, which is affiliated with the club. Lim Sung-ho, a teacher at Ganam Elementary School, sent a story through the club’s e-mail, saying, “I love soccer so much, but I want to make precious memories through meetings with Chungnam Asan players to our students who live in remote places and have few opportunities to learn and watch soccer.”
Ganam Elementary School, located in Bibong-myeon, Cheongyang County, Chungcheongnam-do, is a small school where 58 students are dreaming. As it is located outside, it is not easy to access cultural and sports events. In order to give special memories to students, Kim Joo-sung and Dojin Jung players personally visited Ganam Elementary School in Asan, South Chungcheong Province.
When the players appeared, students gathered in groups in the stadium and greeted them with loud applause and shouts. Starting with a brief self-introduction, the players teamed up with each player to play a mini-futsal game, following passes and dribbling clinics, which are the basics of soccer.
After finishing the soccer class, they had an instant quiz. They gave questions on names, positions, registration numbers and MBTI, and gave autographed balls, Grip Toks and writing instruments to the students who answered correctly. The event ended with a fan signing event and a group photo.
Teacher Lim Seong-ho said, “Thank you so much for coming so far. I was also happy to see the children enjoying themselves. Not only the children but all the teachers here will remain as unforgettable memories in their teaching lives.”
